The Letters of Stephan Wiese

Single Channel Video
11' 03

The Letters of Stephan Wiese was shot in the artist’s neighbor’s apartment in Berlin during the period between its evacuation and renovation. A fictional plot was written inspired by the absence of the neighbor, who was a recluse and also three vintage documents found at a thrift shop – a restraining order, an empty envelope and a series of documentation of Berlin subway.

Limited Space: Sarajevo / Berlin, designtransfer, Universität der Künste Berlin, Germany
